Some bonus animals from one of the other farms - managed to pass four in my 18 mile ride. This guy was staring me down, maybe being protective of the herd?
>>1817242When I first started cycling I couldn’t imagine doing 20 miles and I was definitely out of shape, far too sedentary. Injuries due to weightlifting really interfered with my running and strength training, compounded by overtraining and crippling anxiety. I gradually became a lazy fatass. I think you’ve likely made great progress with your fitness if you were anywhere near as bad as me, especially if your local terrain is not super easy. I’m not much beyond that level to be fair at this point, but I feel healthier, faster on the bike and I see some visible changes weight loss wise.
