>>1227099Most of the problem with figuring out which bent is the best climber is that AFAIK nobody's bothered to do a study that measures metabolic efficiency at a specific wattage output for one rider using several frames. And that might even be garbage, because different bent frame geometries are going to work muscles differently, and the one a rider is most used to is the one he'll be most efficient on. Plus, bents are so good for aero that a rider may not even need to develop much power unless he sets out to do just that, so he's going to run into more trouble on climbs big enough for aero to be a nonfactor.
