my 11 speed shifts like butter except sometimes for the largest cog
anyway if the shimano 12 speed ends up being not that great, at least we will all have the opportunity of sales on the 11 speed ultegra bikes + more bikes on the used market when dentists freds sell their current bike because they want the latest and greatest
