I did my first bike tour last week. I went along the Kent coast, starting in Dartford and ending up in Bexhill. It was about 300km over 3 and half days. carried a tent and camped in campsites. I enjoyed it a lot, even though i was on my own and it was really hot and windy on some of the days. I'd always liked the idea of doing bike touring so thought that i'd give it a go to see if it was something i'd actually enjoy. I might do another short trip somewhere in the UK in autumn, and maybe something longer in Europe next year.
