As both a car and bike user, I think that there is some irrational hatred of bikes from car drivers. However, then there's shit like pic related where they weren't using the designated bike path and I couldn't pass these fuckers. I eventually was able to get past them but when we stopped at the next intersection they went single file to the front of the line of cars to right in front of me, literally inches off my front passenger side, and when the light turned green I couldn't go because I would have hit them. So I ended up stuck behind them AGAIN.
Those two were probably the worst I've ever encountered though.
