It sounds and is autistic as fuck, but have any other Americans/Canadians here felt outcast because they were more into British railways? I grew up on Thomas and never really felt like I could enjoy the local model shops. Sucks too because I live near Roanoke VA and got NS shoved down my throat when I showed interest in railways. Are there any expat British things in the US one could go see? I about lost my mind as a 10 year old when I found out the Flying Scotsman toured the US.
