Refer to my crappy illustration: the saddle on the left cuts away towards the nose very gradually, the one on the right cuts away more suddenly.
It might be worth considering trying a saddle that cuts away more suddenly, also, try better shorts and chamois cream and see if the problem is better, santini are very good for heavy bois.
