With scooter I can put its deck under seat, and show fucking magic when it is time to leave the train. No folding required.
Even during rush hour (5+ niggers/m^2). Nobody notices my scooter, while your wheelchair bicycle doesn't fit anywhere, besides SUV trunk, at which point you're better installing bike rack on a car and getting normal bicycle.
If it is real rush hour (8+ niggers/m^2), I can fold it, put it between legs, and stand like white straight man, while your folding bike won't even fit, and it will fall over couple times.
Scooter can also fit in mini-bus no problem, while foldable bike - driver won't let you it, I tried.
