In the second case first you have to distract price of trams (approx. 2.2m per piece) form total cost: 105-(2,2*18) ~ 65,5 m. Additional cost goes to:
1. they have to build bridge over small canal
and overpass over 4 lane road
3. they will have to arrange, up to 80 meters wide greenbelt, around tracks.
4 Build sidewalk, bike path, exercise gym, pedestrian bridges and so on.
