Bmx bikes look the coolest to me, can you ride one as an adult without looking like a doofus? I had one as a kid and never noticed the lack of gears. I had a mountain bike that I almost never used a few years ago, and I just found the gears unnecessary, and most of the features gratuitous. Apparently bmx bikes are uncomfortable, but I find all bikes uncomfortable anyway
