It looks like my town will be getting a couple of new sky scrapers. All of the green area in the picture will be a cover over existing roads and railways. It will connect the streets on the top of the cliff to the riverfront. It's honestly pretty exciting. The terminus of a potential street car route is a couple of blocks from this development.
