>>1573777Why would a company move it's location to a small city when capital and transportation networks locate around a few very large urban centers? If anything, Amazon proved this by playing every city, big and small, against each other before settling on the powerful cities of NYC and DC.
Unless cities like NYC, SF and LA massively depopulate, there's no reason for businesses to leave them for smaller cities. Even if they did, they'd probably just end up in South/Sunbelt cities like Houston or Atlanta.
