>>1722426>>1722717I found it, it is in Hamilton Ohio. The reason there's not a stripe there is because of the side street located just up from the gore. Looks like the applicable state/local rules call for crossing streets to have a break in the center line, thus it has no center line. This is clearly as case, though, where exceptions from the rules need to be made... both striping and signage could be a lot better. In this view from August of this year you can see that even the "median begins stay right" sign is gone from the gore.
