I'd lean towards replacing them anyways because almost none of them actually have real bearings. i picked up 2 aluminum ones with sealed steel bearings for my derailleur for less than $5 on ebay. avoid the shitty unsealed ceramic bearings for similar prices, they're complete trash because they're unsealed. it makes cyclists seethe when they see my blue aluminum jockey wheels on my shitty shimano tourney derailleur. they can't stand it.
