>>1450460They're building them all over and they sell like pancakes. personally i also like these apartments, especially with retail on the bottom floor. and these mix fantastically well with the new condo-complexes. you get 2-3 of these apartment complexes on a block and the rest is quads, 8-plexes, or the new condos. string a bus route through and you have a foundation stone for a new trendy neighborhood.
in most places the single family detached houses are 40 years old and falling apart crackdens if not already condemned. no one wants them. they're shit. rip 'em down and build 'er up with these bad bois.
