But still, an overwhelming majority of people who shit on Sram either do not own/have not spent a significant amount of time using Sram parts or do not know how to properly set and/or maintain it.
There are legitimate complaints to make about Sram parts (e.g. eagle mechs will perform like trash unless it is set up perfectly), but almost no one raises them.
