>>1180211>to hold smol items like wallet, phone, notebook, pocket camera, power bank, etci use a fannypack for that, all your stuff with you any time and not hanging and rattling in the bike. if properly adjusted you don't really feel it on you. i use it a lot in MTB and never fell off.
i even sewed a strap and velcro to carry the airpump, much secured than in the frame rack.
