The sidecar by itself starts at $4000, so a whole setup would cost about $8000+ by the time it's on the road - hence I just bought a secondhand small car instead.
In phillipines, thailand etc, you ride your brand new 125 down the street to the sidecar shop, and they make a custom rig to your specs for about $200.
