If you buy chinacarbon, get it from an established brand like dengfu that has a reputation to uphold. It is cheap though, compared to a bare frame from a western brand.
Really, you're normally paying for liability and quality control. Chinks can steal r & d easily enough, and they're competant, but they'll cheat you.
These days, they do make some good, reliable, stuff under their own marques though, those slant eyed bastards.
