Went on a little ride out of work, and as soon as I was on the bike I felt like a god. Usually my FTP would be something around 260 and it would be quite tough to hold that for a prolonged time, that shits gets me going at 175bpm usually. Today I was doing 300 watts for long stretches at only 170bpm and feeling quite okay. And when I got home I still felt good.
Feels good to have a good day I guess, now I want to figure out how to make more days good days, because this was a fluke.
