>>1328327>>1328321It can take off if the control surfaces are set to generate lift in the backwards direction, as they would be for climbing steeply and the treadmill were able to accelerate quickly enough. The plane would have take off backwards, climbing until it stalls then recover from the stall before flying away.
As we do not know what acceleration the treadmill is capable of it's impoosible to answer.
