>>1437144If you want to do really long rides you might enjoy something with more laid-back geometry than a typical fixed gear. First thought is the All-City Nature Boy, which is disc and has track fork ends. You could also set up a Surly cross check as fixed. You'll have rim brakes and horizontal road dropouts to work with though. The steering on either will be less twitchy so you can relax and take in the views, but it won't be as fun riding through busy stuff.
Wabi Cycles also has the Thunder. It can fit 700x2.0 and is fixed specific. But according to a recent review by that Zach Gallardo guy is it fast handling like a regular fixie. Might be what you want.
The biggest thing is getting a bike with fat tires for long rides to save you ass. Now that I think about it, the Kilo WT is also good for this. The green paintjob version looks great IRL
