I got this one for free, cut off part of it with a hacksaw, and then used a piece of copper pipe to make the top arm mount. Just smashed it flat to drill, and cut a slot down the middle to fit it over the rack bar, with a inner tube rubber dampener, then bolted the other side with a locnut. You could do the same thing for lower mid-arms, or, just re-use/bend the steel mounting arms it has or some other random piece.
because front racks are kinda rare and cheap old rear racks get thrown out all the time. And you can bend the legs in easily.
