It's the Rose Pro RS — IIRC it was discontinued in late 2013 when Ultegra 6800 came around. Rose moved on to the "endurance" market with most of the entry level stuff much like Canyon did. The Canyon Roadlite was a ~1000€ road bike with similar geometry to mine back in the day.

The gotta-go-fast market apparently isn't the largest. If we wanted to buy this bike again today we'd probably need to look elsewhere or spend some 500€ more.

Low end contis are awful. I have some conti gran prix on right now (not the fancy GP4000 ones) and their grip is terrible. I've yet to ride the new Schwalbe Ones, but if they're anything like the old Ultremo, you'll notice a massive improvement if you switch to them.
