might put on narrower bars too and put these on my mtb
its actually like a sleeve that goes over the steer tube and then the stem clamps around it
i think the idea is so you can adjust the height easily or something

the stem is a bit too long but the wheelbase on this bike isnt particularly long so its ok
idk why everyone always memes on my upsweep tho, i just put my bars where they feel comfy to me, its proly todo with the shape of my wrists or something
as for the seatpost idk i have long legs for my height i think
i like small frames but i always have alot of seatpost
i kinda like low top tube and long seatpost look anyway though cos i come from mountainbiking
