Got a question for you all. Recently I found this craigslist ad:

My idea was to try and buy the bike for ~225-250, strip the kit off the bike, put shittier rims I have lying around and resell the bike for ~$175. The way I see it paying ~$70 a pretty good deal for lights, new rims, tires, and a bike rack w/bag.
Thoughts? Is it worth the trouble? I've seen the same wheels going for a lot more, the rims alone new are $90.
