found a cheap rigid fork
it's too long so i just used a spacer instead of cutting it
it's also a silly bmx stem size, smaller than 1", so i couldn't use the stem i wanted, i had to use this junky one
the guy i bought it off said he has a nicer stem for it he'll give me he just has to find it.

tektro v-brakes stolen from a rusted out crashed abandoned bso on the side of the road
deore crank on ultegra bottom bracket with spacers. I have the 28t granny to put back on but i kinda want a smaller granny.
8 of 9 speed cassette on 7 speed wheel, with the 12t missing so it fits, so it's 14-36. 12t was already stolen for my other bike so this is good.
I bought some 9 speed XT derailers and shifters for it just waiting on them.
