>>1542274Sorry, I should add that you'll need a crank pulled to actually get the arms off of the spindle as well. Once you remove the crank bolts/nuts, the threaded nut on the tool threads into those large threads on the arm. Then you turn the handle of the tool and the tip of the tool pushes against the tip of the spindle and forces the crank to come off.
