How do you help your legs recover quicker? I feel like they’re killing me, but maybe that’s the beer talking. Usually I prefer non-alcoholic beverages for nutritional reasons if there’s no special occasion but it was that or water for dinner. I can’t reduce training volume as I’m basically at a minimum to hit my goals by my deadline. Yesterday was a rest day so I expected to feel fresher today (not even that long)- I wasn’t slow but my reserves weren’t deep. Maybe sneaking in that run yesterday was a mistake.
