So far I've put some upgrades on, other than basic things like pedals grips and seat:

>Upgrade Suntour XCT fork with the cheapest rockshox airfork available (Judy silver)
>Replace Bontrager XR2 Comp 2.2in MTB tires with 700x50c Maxxis Rambler gravel tires
Got tubeless tape on the way to go tubeless, then I guess I'm done with it. Weighs in at about 31lbs in large frame. Feels fast with the lockout on so commuting is a breeze and I can still have fun with it.
