at least it can make some drivers be more careful and pay more attention, the last thing any city needs is a bunch of drivers that feel comfortable driving around like maniacs because they feel like there will never be any risk of hitting anybody or anything. but I feel like these nuts who ride around on their fixed gear bikes will just end up making one wrong move 10 milliseconds too late and flying across an intersection and breaking half the bones in their body
