Anon that was asking about bike shoes / pedals earlier. Does this look like a good combo?

https://www.amazon.com/Shimano-SH-RP1-Cycling-Shoe-Black/dp/B06XCRWMRL/My local bike shop has a really small selection of cycling shoes (almost entirely womens for some reason) and while yeah it's probably a good idea to try them on I can just return them if I don't like the fit.
I'd prefer to get pedals that I could potentially ride without wearing cleats as well as sometimes I just use my bike to commute short distances and don't want to be wearing cycling shoes for that.
I really don't want to spend over $100 on a pair of shoes either.
