Other calculators have told me the same but eating is such a struggle and eating that much daily just seems like an impossible fucking task. I don't want to do mass gainer and I've seen some 1k CAL smoothie recipes (pb/oats/druit) online but again I don't trust those calculators and I'm worried I'm going to balloon. The fuck should I do, will those smoothies work it seems like a lot of sugar and work and I probably won't even go through 300 cal of it before I dump it.
