Here's a picture of my tools for this - the smaller black ones for the cassette and Campagnolo BB fit on a wrench or a ratchet that has a 1/2" head (or you can use them with a 21 mm socket, some car lug wrenches might have that size), and the bigger tool for the traditional BB can be used with an adjustable wrench. For the crank puller you need a 15 mm spanner and an 8 mm hex key.
