If this is the rear of your bike, it's missing a few things like a hole in the seatstay bridge, and I only see one eyelet near the axle, so you will have to use those for both the fender and your rear rack. Fenders on the suspension fork is another challenge
Don't be discouraged though, it's a great idea to have fenders and a rack.
Your tires are 700x38 so you need wide fenders compatible with 700c/29er/28"
SKS is the best fender company imho.
There is the lazy type of fenders you see on mtbs that look like motorcycle fenders. Those suck. The do not pertrct your bike or your feet. You want something like sks longboards that go real low on the front tire. But it's going to be hard to find a way to mount them.
Tubus makes the best racks and your frame has mounts for them so there will be no problem. They are steel tubing. If you aren't going to be carrying serious weight you can get a cheaper aluminum rack.
