That would be a 47% increase in capacity over regular 16-cars CRH trains.
From information in this plan the cross section would be even larger than E2/E4 with anticipated max speed up to 350km/h. But as it is jist a plan I am not sure about whether they have tested the number to see if it is really realistic or not when they put up this number.
