>>1431010This might sound autistic, but I have always fancyed "deprussiafication" or localizing the power of the government towards cities away from states and the federal government. allowing things like cities, counties, and all other substate levels having the power to tariff domestic and foreign goods, in any manner they please and for private and public intuitions will have the power to mint their own currency, provided it could not be mistaken or intended as counterfeit. But this is going off topic. What I ment was things like story limit instead of height limit, or Paris' window tax things like that. Local policies that change how a city is/was built.
