Land public transportation was terrible.
Overcrowded. Often you could see people walking in opposite direction of routes to end stop so they could chance to grab are seat.
Didn't follow schedule (no publicly published schedule for most routes, there was internal schedule, you could write it down, but again buses and trams were constantly off this schedule).
Land transportation was cold during winters (and it can be cold in Moscow). They supposed to had heaters but they were constantly broken or off to save expanses.
Zero cripples accessibility (but who really cares about them).
Best of course wars driving. No traffic jams, very little parking limits, full freedom. No wander buying THE HOLY CAR was pinnacle of soviet citizen achievement (*he got THEE CAR* *AHHH.... sounds of ladies fainting* )
