But honestly i wouldn't mind number-plate and tax except that i'm convinced that the taxation, plates and any infrastructure if at all would come in the most retarded, oppressive way possible.
E.g. an example of "bike" infrastructure is addition of button activated traffic light that will come on only during next 2 minute cycle for 10 seconds. Where no "infrastructure" meant you could pass any time within 40s car green light in 2 minute cycle (pic related).
