Looking for a used single speed/fixed gear bike that I will transfer these racks on to. Smallest frame size that works for me have been 58cm and I had a 62cm that was nice. I'm only going to use it for about a month for now so I'm more concerned with keeping it under $150 than particulars. I like bullhorn handlebars but that's not a deal breaker for a month. Bay Area. This Kilo TT is about what I'm looking for. Some rust and I think a 25" frame should work. Anything obviously dumb about this? I rode a different Kilo TT and it seemed like there was a lot of toe overlap.
