As usual with sprawled out american cities, LRT works fine: cheap to build, medium capacity, and large, straight streets allow for fast operation if stops aren't too close and it gets signal priority. A commercial speed of about 15-20 mph would mean that the time from downtown to the furthest points would be about 30-45 minutes. Some lines, like the green one, aren't necessarily mean to be used all the way, but instead to first take the commuter rail and then change to LRT.
