The thing with this kind of bikes, is that I dont think that its fair play to upgrade them all over, but only to upgrade them where it matters - and it matters in brakes, body position so bars and pedals. Keep the original stem, just paint the parts that lost colour and that Nitto bar is neat, all decent 25.4 bars are super expensive today (although even current one is ok)
