I bike quite frequently, 70-80km trips leave me fairly tired, but not exhausted. until now I generally ride around 50-70km two-three times a week.
I want to do a tour in a couple of months - essentially what I would be going for is around 100km every day for 3 days, then one day of rest and then 3 or 4 days with another 100km each day.
I have done over 100km rides before.
how long do you think I have to train (and how) to prepare for a tour like that ? so far I usually ride for speed and as cardio.
