The bb is like 2-3cm higher while the bars are 2-3cm lower with a 2.5degree sharper head angle, shorter wheelbase, and 3lbs lighter at 19lbs (old bike was 22lbs factory setup). It's stupid nimble compared to the last bike's geometry I love it but I have to relearn my confidence on this one
