Got a first gen fargo during the pandemic for Appalachian fire roads and general off roading. Its supposed to be a drop bar mtb but it sucks at trails, the bb is too low and its overall too twitchy on turns. A 90s mtb with some risers are perfect for trails. But this is perfect for bombing long gravel descents and bike touring. Its like a Cadillac, super upright and comfortable. One of the best bikes ever. This one is mine, found the original posting on pinkbike. The only thing Ive upgraded is the tires with lighter tread and gumwalls for the looks.
