I got really close to throwing away my cpl check ride even before I got into the air because my dumbass forgot to make the flight plan and realized it only when I was ready to start the engines, thankfully the examiner looked passed it and allowed me to fly, still embarrassed, I can still remember the look of our cfi when he saw me sprinting across the apron like a retard.
Died a little inside not gonna lie.
