The main difference is there lever design and the use of a coil spring instead of a flat spring. It's a simple but durable and loud design, nice ring too. I think the polished brass version has a nicer tone than the flat black but gotta follow aesthetics and stuff.
The bell is advertised to fit on 22.2 to 31.8 handlebars and my top tube measured 32.1mm but I managed to make it fit with a little force. A little out of the way when I need to ding at QTs blocking the MUP but again, aesthetics and stuff.
