A little update here from OP.
I stripped the bike from all the useless stuff. and removed all the things that could be salvaged and restored. The brakes are rusty and useless, so i ordered new ones, along with some new cables for brakes and gears.
Pedals are gonna be replaced with some spare Look Keo pedals. New Quick releases, as the old were rusty. and some new bartape. (i stuck with the original colour scheme of red, white and black). So if she wants to upgrade to a better bike next season, i can sell it again.
--- Small side note, for those who were concerned on my behalf: i bought it for 200$ which is almost nothing here in Denmark, and i could sell it again for twice that amount tomorrow if I wanted to.
