I will say I'm intimidated by replacing bottom brackets and forks, but give me a 15 ton heat pump with a restricted thermostatic expansion valve or solenoid coil and I'll find it. Pulling off a rusted 3/8" fan blade shaft on a 10+ year old unit is a lot harder than bearings on a bike on any vintage, that's for sure. Assuming both have the right tools for the job, and grease lightning/ solvents to make the job easier.
