Queen line get killed in favour of suburban projects>1990's Ridership declines due to recession. TTC declares a new subway downtown is no longer needed. No one apparently told them recessions don't last forever. Ridership has been increasing every year since.>2010's: Provincial Government kills the plan yet again to replace it with there own "Ontario Line" plan.
